Through a statement, the neighborhood group “Una Plaza para Villa Santa Rita” indicated that the Secretariat of Urban Development recently confirmed the acquisition of the lot located in Álvarez Jonte at 3200 in an announcement that led to a call for a celebration at the site on next Friday the 27th from 6:00 p.m. Strictly speaking, the purchase of the land was framed in a law passed by the Buenos Aires Legislature in March of this year, which ordered the expropriation of the plot to be used for the creation of a plaza since Villa Santa Rita is the only neighborhood in the area.
